Fully qualified with a number of years in lettings behind me, I can cover the lot — viewings, valuations, take-ons, tenancy admin, compliance checks, property inspections, chasing warm leads, working through the archive, whatever your team needs an experienced pair of hands on.
Your first two hours are on me. I use them to learn your systems, meet the team, and understand how you like things done. After that, I’m the person you call when the pressure’s on and you need someone who can hit the ground running.

£40 per hour in office, £35 per hour working remotely. No VAT to add. Two-hour minimum per booking. Your first two hours are free. No agency fee, no NI, no holiday pay, no pension.
